We offer refunds for unopened products purchased directly from our website within thirty (30) days of delivery. We do not accept returns for products placed through Amazon or for products that are partially used, opened, or appear to be tampered with. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. To ensure we receive your returned item(s), trackable shipping is required. 

Upon receiving and inspecting your unopened item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the payment method used during your purchase. Please note that it may take 3 to 7 business days for the refund to show up on your statement.
